    Good hotel with lots of international guests, mainly from the middle east and specifically the uae. Good value for money. Fair rooms but lift takes so much time to reach (only 2 elevator) for a 28 storey hotel ! Staff are moody. Sometimes they are really nice and other times they just don't say hi back. Gets a bit confusing but maybe because of the tpe of guests who may be sometimes rude.

    All in all good value. Cool property, has incredible and welcoming staff at the reception desk. The breakfasts with made-to-order eggs. Efficient check-in, reasonably spacious room with an extra bed, the bedroom, as example. Wonderful very central location, short walk to skytrain and local bars and entertainment, supermarket and sky train station.

    Room, although a bit small, had everything I needed. Breakfast was superb. Happy hour at dinner place delighted by carrying on till 9 pm!Reception allowed me to check in before 12 noon..which was very welcome after a 17 hour flight from LA!

    Excellent hotel, not suitable for the family due to the night life in front of the hotel thjough it does not bother you. Excellent service, very good food, SPA and the cleanliness.

    only one thing is that it is just near the redlight area / night life centred.Beware of taxi operators. Ask them to keep the meter on.

    The room was spacious, with a great view of the city and very modern décor. I loved that everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were attentive. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options every morning.

    Fantastic stay with excellent service

    The room was spacious and boasted a great view of the city, with modern décor. The staff were attentive, we felt welcome. Breakfast was a treat, with delicious options each morning. The only downside was the limited spa appointments available, which would have been a nice addition to the stay.

    It was a good Hotel, in a good location located in a Sukhumvit, which is a busy area. Also was clean hotel real value for money. If you are on Business this hotel is the one. But if you are looking for vacation and indoor activites you will have to look for another.

    Friendly english speaking staff. The 7th floor restaurant Buffet is excellent. The hotel is located between 2 Ski train stations and is a short walk to either one. Ski Train is easy to use and cheap.

    great city access with nearby parks and shopping

    I enjoyed my stay as it was just a few steps from the Ploenchit BTS station and a lovely stroll to Lumphini Park where I spent hours walking through nature and unwinding. While the staff were friendly and the rooms well-equipped, a little more effort in pool maintenance would was great.
